We recognize that you can have an emergency situation arise and we will do our best to respond to your problem promptly. If you have an emergency, please call our office at 224-7135. You will hear a message that will instruct you on how to contact your dentist.
We try to see all patients on an appointment basis and request that you call in advance so that we can reserve time for you. We make every effort to honor all time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you are late for your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule your visit.
We try to confirm all appointments the day before. However, if you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. Please try to give us 24 hours notice. This courtesy allows us to give your appointment time to another patient. If you fail to cancel your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you a missed appointment fee.
We believe in the benefits of regular preventative care, and therefore, encourage all of our patients to return for periodic recare visits. While the responsibility for returning for treatment rests primarily with you, we will provide the service of calling or sending a written reminder when it is time to return. However, we may suggest you set an appointment for your next recare visit before leaving. This will help ensure you get an appointment convenient to your schedule.
At the time of each visit, we ask that you inform us of any changes in your personal or health information. Periodically, you will be asked to complete a comprehensive update.
We make every effort to keep the cost of your dental visit down. In an effort to do this, we do not bill for services. All balances are due in full at the time of service unless other arrangements are made prior to the start of treatment. We accept personal checks, cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit.
Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. Most plans include co-insurance, a deductible and other expenses, which must be paid by the patient. If you have dental insurance, please provide our office with your plan information. We will work with you to assure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled. The agreement of the insurance company to pay for your dental care is a contract between you and the insurance company. Please review your policy benefits and guidelines.
